Inspired by traditional Mayan architecture, Casa Palma is a four-bedroom oceanfront villa within Tulum’s celebrated Papaya Playa Project, offering a serene beachfront escape where barefoot luxury meets ancient design sensibility. Spanning 318 square meters on a single ground-floor level, the villa is enveloped by lush tropical jungle gardens and sits directly in front of Tulum Beach, just steps from the Caribbean Sea. Dedicated spaces for meditation, yoga, and stargazing underscore the property’s emphasis on tranquility and connection to the natural world.

The interior centers on a bright living area with a terrace deck that opens to the pool and ocean beyond.
