Casa Morgandez is a five-bedroom oceanfront villa set within the exclusive Iyari Estates community of the Punta Mita Resort in Riviera Nayarit. Designed with a contemporary architectural vision that harmonizes sleek modernity with the natural beauty of Litibú Bay, the estate features unobstructed panoramic views from every corner — whale sightings and passing sailboats visible from the infinity pool. High ceilings, premium furnishings, and a seamless flow between interior and exterior spaces define the residence, which accommodates up to twelve guests across five ensuite bedrooms. Private stairs descend directly from the terrace to the ocean, placing the Pacific at the villa’s doorstep.
