Casa Bonita is a charming three-bedroom beachfront villa within the Mahayana Tulum collection, a gated guest-only property nestled into the boutique hotel area of Tulum’s Beach Zone. With the Caribbean Sea steps from its front door and a shared seaside swimming pool, shade palapas, and beach loungers exclusive to Mahayana guests, the villa offers a warm and intimate setting for families and small groups seeking a genuine Tulum beach experience. The open-concept living space creates a seamless connection with the outdoors, where artistic elements and handcrafted details give the house a distinct sense of place.

The villa is arranged across two levels with three comfortable bedrooms. On the main floor, a king-bedded suite with ensuite bathroom opens to the garden, while upstairs a queen suite and the master suite with its own balcony and ocean views provide elevated perspectives of the surrounding palm canopy and sea. A rollaway bed or crib can be added on request, making the villa well suited for families with young children. Each bedroom features air conditioning, ceiling fans, ensuite bathroom with shower, and organic toiletries. The main living area includes a sitting area with cushions on the veranda, a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation, and an outdoor shower amidst the lush greenery.

Outside, the Mahayana property provides a wealth of shared amenities exclusive to guests. A seaside swimming pool, shade palapas with day beds, beach loungers on the white sand, complimentary boogie boards, sea kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards are all available at no extra cost. Casa Bonita’s central location in Tulum’s boutique hotel area places guests within a few minutes’ walk of the area’s most desirable restaurants, shops, and yoga studios, while the Mayan ruins and cenotes are a short drive away. Cancun International Airport is approximately 146 kilometers to the north, and the new Tulum International Airport is 53 kilometers to the south.
