Villa Riva, also known as Four Seasons Villa 34, is a beautifully appointed four-bedroom private residence nestled within the legendary Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita. Accommodating up to eight guests, this exclusive villa seamlessly blends modern design with traditional Mexican charm, offering the rare combination of intimate privacy and full access to one of the world’s most acclaimed luxury resorts. The villa’s inviting common spaces flow naturally between the private heated infinity pool, living areas, and outdoor terraces, creating an atmosphere of effortless coastal elegance.

The master suite is a showpiece — an oversized bi-level retreat featuring a king bed dressed in Frette linens, a sitting area with flatscreen TV, Bose sound system, and a lavish ensuite bathroom with indoor and outdoor rain showers and a deep soaking bathtub. A private patio with its own jacuzzi and outdoor loungers ensures the ultimate in relaxation. The second principal bedroom mirrors this luxury with a king bed, two twin day beds, and a bi-level layout with bathtub ensuite. A third bedroom offers two double beds with a private terrace and day beds, while the fourth bedroom with two twin beds completes the sleeping arrangements. All rooms feature L’Occitane toiletries, Four Seasons standard bedding, air conditioning, and electronic safes.
