Tucked within a private beachfront residential complex in lower Conchas Chinas, Villa Vista de Aves is a five-bedroom retreat offering over 7,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, approximately two miles south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. The villa — whose name translates as View of the Birds — is completely self-contained with its own private entrance and pool, while guests also enjoy access to the complex’s common beachfront pool, palapa-covered living space on the sand, and elevator access to the beach below. Sea birds glide past above the ocean and songbirds fill the nearby trees, creating a tranquil natural soundtrack that perfectly complements the stunning sunset views.

The main level features an open-concept living, dining, and well-equipped kitchen area that flows seamlessly onto a spacious ocean-view terrace with the villa’s signature two-level pool. The upper level is a dramatic water feature flanked by two towering palm trees that frame the Pacific sunset, while the lower level is a heated infinity pool ideal for swimming and lounging. Five bedrooms are arranged across multiple half-levels, each with ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and in-room safe. A dedicated staff attends to every detail throughout the stay. The private chef prepares two meals daily using fresh local ingredients, a houseman and waiter handles drink and meal service, and daily housekeeping ensures the villa remains immaculate.
