Villa Pacifica is a contemporary oceanfront estate in the ultra-exclusive Ranchos Estates enclave of Punta Mita, Mexico. The villa features five beautifully appointed bedrooms and 5.5 luxurious bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 12–16 guests. Each suite is air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans, Smart TV, Apple TV, and luxury L’Occitane toiletries.

The Pacifica Main Suite offers panoramic ocean views, a king-size bed with sofa bed, and a private terrace with seating area and hammock. An outdoor shower and sunken tub overlook the ocean, creating a spa-like retreat. The Marietas Suite showcases panoramic views of the Marietas Islands, with a king-size bed, twin-size sofa bed, and private ocean-view balcony.

Near the main living area, the Palm Tree Terrace Suite features a king-size bed and a private sitting area with tranquil palm tree courtyard views. Two Bugambilias Suites each offer partial ocean views and flexible bedding with two full-size beds configurable to a king-size and full-size, plus outdoor showers and private patios. At the villa’s main entrance, the Cabaña Rooms (A & B) provide two twin-size beds (configurable to king-size), private patios, and the same thoughtful amenities.

Outdoors, guests enjoy a private heated pool and jacuzzi just steps from the beach, ideal for relaxed days in the sun or starlit evenings by the water. Child-friendly amenities such as cribs, high chairs, and toys make Villa Pacifica especially appealing for multi-generational family escapes.
