Villa Moloch

Villa Moloch is a five-bedroom beachfront contemporary villa on Soliman Bay, Tulum, accommodating up to 10 guests in a setting that blends raw concrete architecture with bohemian natural materials and a relaxed coastal rhythm. Set within the private gated community at Soliman Bay, the villa is built across two levels with a palapa-roofed rooftop terrace, a beachfront pool with jacuzzi, and direct access to a private white sand beach with kayaks and paddleboards.

The five bedrooms are distributed across both levels, each with polished concrete floors, king or twin beds, rattan or woven pendant lighting, cane chairs, and ensuite bathrooms finished in concrete with round mirrors, walk-in showers, and soaking tubs. Each bedroom has its own private palapa terrace with a bean bag lounger and direct views over the pool, the beach, or the ocean. Sliding louvered balcony doors blur the boundary between inside and out throughout the villa.

The open-plan living and dining area features a stone wall, linen sofas, a large rattan chandelier, and wood-stump side tables with fish-shaped wall art — a space that is both casual and distinctive. A modern black kitchen with a large island, wooden bar stools, stainless appliances, and a coffee station handles full group cooking. A concrete bar counter with a limestone column serves as the social anchor between kitchen and dining. A wood dining table looks directly out to the pool and palm trees.

The pool level has a jacuzzi alongside the main pool, sun loungers with umbrellas, and a palapa terrace with a hammock. The beach just below has bean bag loungers and a kayak and paddleboard rack. The solar-powered rooftop terrace with a daybed palapa offers one of the best sunset panoramas on Soliman Bay. Daily housekeeping, a private chef, and concierge service are included.

Soliman Bay is a reef-sheltered cove with calm, clear, seaweed-free water year-round, no beach clubs, and 24/7 security. Tulum town is 14 km (20 minutes). Cancún International Airport is 111 km (90 minutes). Tulum International Airport is 52 km (55 minutes).
