Villa Marlago

Villa Marlago is a two-story residence of over 9,000 square feet of interior and exterior living space, located within the El Encanto community in the Four Seasons and St. Regis gated resort of Punta Mita. This five-bedroom villa sits on a corner lot with ocean and lake views on three sides, accommodating up to twelve guests across five ensuite bedrooms. The hand-crafted Mexican design, high ceilings, and large sliding doors create an open, airy character that connects the interior spaces to the terraces, the golf course, and the Bay of Banderas beyond. Three levels of living space are organized around a central courtyard, balancing shared areas with private retreats in a way that gives the villa both scale and intimacy.

Four of the five bedrooms feature panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and a tranquil lagoon. The master suite offers a king bed facing French doors that open onto the terrace, an ocean view, and an ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, bathtub, rain shower, dual vanity, walk-in closet, and safe. Three additional bedrooms each have king beds with ensuite bathrooms and rain showers, with individual touches — one includes a balcony, others feature dual vanities and televisions. The fifth bedroom, located on the lower level, is configured with two queen beds, an ensuite bathroom with rain shower, and a TV, offering added privacy for guests or families. Varying color palettes and traditional Mexican art give each room its own character.

The main living room is surrounded by glass windows on both sides that fill the space with ocean light, furnished beneath vaulted wooden beams. The dining room features an oval carved-stone table seating ten, with ocean views, and a fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar. A separate TV room with a wet bar provides a more casual gathering space. Outside, the terrace borders the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and overlooks the Bay of Banderas, with an infinity-edge pool, comfortable loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a fire pit. Guests of Villa Marlago are cared for by trained staff who serve daily breakfast and lunch, along with beverage and housekeeping service throughout the stay.

The Premier Golf Membership grants preferential tee times on both Jack Nicklaus championship courses and the Greg Norman Higuera course, with access to tennis, pickleball, the fitness center, and the resort’s beach clubs: Pacífico, Sufi Ocean Club, Kupuri, the Surf Club, and St. Regis Sea Breeze.
