Villa Luna Mar

Villa Luna Mar is a beachfront estate within the Ranchos community of Punta Mita, designed by architect Pepe Vigil. The property offers over 10,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor living across six bedroom suites, each with ensuite bathrooms, accommodating up to fourteen guests. Ranchos 10b sits on a protected cove with direct access to a private sandy beach, and the architecture — built from bamboo, washed-concrete floors, dark woods, and volcanic stones — creates a residence that flows from the interiors through the pool area to the shoreline without interruption.

The master suite, Ensueño, spans over 2,000 square feet on the second floor with a king bed, ensuite jacuzzi, private massage zone, and a balcony with ocean views. El Cielo, also on the second floor, offers a king bed with ocean views. Lindo Mar on the first floor provides a king bed with ocean views and direct outdoor access. La Palma features a king bed with courtyard views. El Jardin accommodates families with two queen beds, a full bathtub, and courtyard views. La Selva is a multi-functional suite with a king bed that doubles as a gym and study, with courtyard views. Every suite includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, safes, and plush bathrobes with El Baño de Maria natural bath amenities.

A full-time staff of six is included: an English-speaking house manager and his wife who live on premises in a separate bungalow, a master chef who prepares three meals daily tailored to your preferences, a waiter, and housekeeping — creating a level of service that operates around the clock without being intrusive. The cost of groceries is not included in the rate. The property features a Control 4 smart house system with Sonos zoned audio and a music library of over 50,000 selections, satellite TV, a video-on-demand system with over 750 titles, WiFi throughout, an air-conditioned fitness room, a massage and spa room, a rooftop terrace for yoga and sunset dining, and a central courtyard. The pool is heated and cooled with a shallow area for children and a professional volleyball setup. On the beach point, a fire pit provides a gathering spot for stargazing. Boogie boards, surfboards, and paddle boards are available, along with lighted jungle walking paths with secluded getaway areas.

The Premier Golf Membership grants access to both Jack Nicklaus championship courses, tennis, pickleball, the fitness center, and the resort’s beach clubs: Pacífico, Kupuri, Sufi, and the Surf Club. Transportation within Punta Mita, dining reservations, and activities planning are handled by the staff.
