Villa Brisa Marina is a four-bedroom oceanfront villa within the Porta Fortuna community of Punta Mita, accommodating up to ten guests with panoramic ocean views and a private infinity pool. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, and a smart TV. The master suite includes a king bed with soaking tub, ocean views, and private terrace access, while the remaining bedrooms offer king beds and twin configurations to suit various group sizes. The living and dining areas extend onto an expansive terrace with the infinity pool, outdoor dining, BBQ grill, and tropical garden setting.

Porta Fortuna sits between two golf fairways fronting Banderas Bay, with the Porta Fortuna Beach Club and Sufi Ocean Club within easy reach. A six-passenger golf cart is included, and daily housekeeping keeps the villa in excellent condition.
