Studio 54 is a five-bedroom beachfront contemporary villa on Soliman Bay, Tulum, accommodating up to 10 guests across 800 square meters of architectural design that fuses clean modern lines with warm natural materials and a confident sense of showmanship. Named after the legendary New York nightclub, the villa is theatrical, comfortable, and unapologetically stylish — from the mirrored disco ball in the grand entryway to the floor-to-ceiling glass wine and champagne cellar built into the architecture beside the sculptural spiral staircase.

The five bedrooms are distributed across three levels, each individually styled with tufted upholstered beds, rattan wardrobe doors, original art pieces, and ensuite bathrooms finished in dark or gold-veined marble with hammered copper vessel sinks, freestanding soaking tubs, and rain showers with black fixtures. The master suite opens directly to the beach through arched glass doors, with turquoise water visible from the bed. Upper bedrooms look over the pool deck and jungle canopy, several with private balconies.

The double-height open-plan living area features modular tufted white sofas on a jute rug, a green marble dining table beneath sculptural globe pendant lights, and a gourmet kitchen with a large marble island, copper pendants, and bar stools.
