Estate Palo de Brasil is a multi-bedroom estate within the gates of Punta Mita, positioned on the peninsula’s coastline with ocean views. The property accommodates up to fourteen guests across six ensuite bedrooms, with spacious living and dining areas, a media room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor spaces include a private infinity pool, expansive terraces with ocean views, outdoor dining areas, BBQ grill, and tropical landscaped gardens.

Daily housekeeping is included, and a personal concierge manages all guest arrangements from restaurant reservations and airport transfers to private chef dinners, in-villa spa treatments, yacht charters, and excursion bookings. A golf cart is not included but can be arranged through the concierge. The Premier Golf Membership provides preferential tee times on both Jack Nicklaus championship courses and the Greg Norman Higuera course, along with access to tennis, pickleball, the fitness center, and the resort’s beach clubs: Pacífico, Sufi Ocean Club, Kupuri, the Surf Club, and St. Regis Sea Breeze.
