Casa Xixim is a four-bedroom, fully staffed beachfront villa on Soliman Bay, Tulum, accommodating up to eight adults in a setting that weaves Mayan-inspired artistry, bohemian design, and Caribbean nature into a single deeply immersive experience. Set behind a vine-covered wooden gate on a white sand beach, the villa is built across multiple levels of hardwood decks, open terraces, and stone courtyard gardens — all facing the reef-sheltered turquoise waters of the bay.

The four bedrooms are each individually designed. The master suite opens directly to the beach with a king canopy bed, sheer white drapes, a private hammock terrace, and ocean views from the pillow. A second king bedroom features a stone accent wall, garden views, and an ensuite bathroom with teak vanity and walk-in shower. Two upper-level bedrooms — one with twin canopy beds and a warm wood-paneled ceiling, one a king suite with a live-edge bedside table and balcony access — complete the accommodation. All four bathrooms are finished with teak cabinetry, concrete or limestone sinks, and rain showers; two have freestanding soaking tubs.

The open-plan living and dining area is anchored by a patterned Talavera tile accent wall, a built-in sectional sofa, and a live-edge wood dining table that seats the full group. A gourmet kitchen island with rattan pendant lights and woven bar stools sits at the center. Outside, a private pool with loungers and umbrella is surrounded by palms, Mayan stone sculptures, carved jaguar head wall art, and macramé hammocks strung between trees. The rooftop hardwood deck — with fringed hammocks, a solar panel canopy, and panoramic views of the bay and reef — is the best seat in the house. The villa is entirely solar-powered.

A geometric mandala ceiling mural, a tiered fringe chandelier, ceramic wall art, and hand-carved details throughout make Casa Xixim one of the most artistically distinct properties on Soliman Bay.
