Casa Roka is an extraordinary beachfront villa located within the exclusive Kupuri Estates of Punta Mita, offering up to fourteen guests an experience of barefoot luxury unlike anything else on Mexico’s Pacific coast. Designed by renowned architect Manolo Mestre, this six-bedroom residence seamlessly blends natural materials with sophisticated contemporary design, creating spaces where tiled roofs, stone, wood, and water interweave to form a sanctuary that feels both refined and effortlessly connected to its lush tropical surroundings. The villa sits directly on the beach, with the sound of the Pacific as a constant companion and uninterrupted views stretching across the coastline and out toward the Marietas Islands.

The heart of the home is an open-concept living and dining area that flows directly onto expansive outdoor terraces, an infinity pool with panoramic ocean views, and a jacuzzi perfectly positioned for sunset watching. A private beach cabana provides a secluded retreat steps from the shore, ideal for beachside dining, sunbathing, or watching surfers ride the break. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen anchors a thoughtfully designed interior that includes a dedicated TV room, a private gym with cardio and free-weight equipment, and a Kalamazoo hybrid fire grill for outdoor cooking. A Sonos sound system, satellite television, and high-speed WiFi are available throughout.

The six suites are spread across two levels, each featuring an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans, television, safe, and robes. The upper-level master suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, private terrace, and outdoor shower. A second ground-level master offers a king bed, private deck, outdoor shower, and direct pool access. Two additional king-bedded suites feature balconies and outdoor showers, while two queen-bedded suites provide outdoor terraces, making them ideal for families or groups traveling together. Every suite is designed with its own character while maintaining the same standard of comfort throughout.

Casa Roka is fully staffed with a dedicated concierge, a team of butlers, a head chef providing lunch and dinner, an in-house cook preparing daily breakfast and snacks, housekeeping, and a gardener. Airport transfers via two Suburbans are included with every booking. A six-passenger golf cart, kayak, stand-up paddleboards, and bicycles are available for exploring Punta Mita’s trails, beaches, and amenities. The villa is adjacent to the coveted Kupuri Beach Club and provides access to the community’s four additional beach clubs, two Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness facilities, and kilometers of scenic coastal paths.
