Casa Nalum

Located along the white sandy beaches of the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve, Casa Nalum is a five-bedroom eco-luxury villa that sets new standards of design and comfort while immersing guests in one of the Caribbean’s most pristine natural environments. The barrier reef lies at swimming distance, and at the back of the property, a tranquil lagoon connects to ancient Mayan canals, creating a dual-waterfront setting unlike any other on the Riviera Maya. With a full-board service that includes all meals, excursions, massage, sailing, snorkeling, and a cocktail bar, Casa Nalum delivers an all-inclusive experience in a setting of extraordinary ecological diversity.

The villa features five air-conditioned bedrooms across multiple levels, including one loft bedroom accessed by ladder for adventurous guests. The master bedroom occupies a prime position with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, its own private terrace with chairs and a hammock, and window screens that frame the Caribbean view. Two additional bedrooms on the opposite side of the villa feature a king bed and two double beds respectively, sharing a bathroom as required by the ecological restrictions of the reserve, and enjoying a generous terrace and two balconies. A fourth bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, and the loft bedroom with king bed and ensuite accessed via ladder, round out the accommodations.

The house is filled with open areas designed for relaxation and contemplation. The roof terrace offers exceptional views of both the sea and the lagoon, where the sun sets over the water in spectacular fashion. The white sandy beach provides transparent water that constantly invites a swim, while the formal dining room, terraces, decking, and beach all serve as venues for the villa’s celebrated meals. Great importance is given to dining, with the chef preparing personalized menus throughout each day. Guests can choose to eat anywhere in the villa, from the rooftop to the beach.

Casa Nalum’s location within the Sian Ka’an Biosphere, a UNESCO World Heritage site, places guests in one of the largest protected areas of the Mexican Caribbean, home to an incredible diversity of birdlife, marine life, and mangrove ecosystems. The villa is accessed via an unpaved road that varies in condition by season. Tulum Town is approximately 18 kilometers away, and Cancun International Airport is roughly two hours to the north.
