Casa Escondida is an exquisite beachfront villa tucked within the exclusive Los Ranchos Estates of Punta Mita, offering guests direct access to a private white-sand beach and panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. This beautifully designed residence accommodates up to fourteen guests across five suite-style bedrooms plus a junior suite loft, each with its own ensuite bathroom, making it an ideal retreat for families and groups seeking privacy, space, and the kind of service that allows every day to feel effortless. The villa’s flawless open-air design features hand-etched stone floors, elegant furnishings, and a curated collection of art and antiques that create an atmosphere both relaxed and sophisticated.

The heart of Casa Escondida is its grand palapa, a soaring thatched-roof structure that shelters an outdoor dining area and lounge space overlooking a three-tiered infinity pool, a hot tub, and the ocean beyond. The indoor living and dining areas open through ornate collapsible doors to terraces on either side, inviting the warm ocean breeze to flow through the home. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar, stone pizza oven, outdoor drink station, and gas grill provides everything for both the private chef and adventurous home cooks. A fire pit near the beach and sun loungers along the pool complete the outdoor experience.

The master suite occupies a private wing with a king bed, lounge area, workspace, retractable glass wall opening to the terrace and hot tub, and both indoor and outdoor showers. A private rooftop terrace above the master features a daybed with sweeping ocean views. The guest master offers a king bed with indoor and outdoor showers, while two additional king-bedded suites and one queen-bedded suite round out the main floor. A unique fifth bedroom features a king-size suspended swaying bed and its own private rooftop terrace. The junior suite loft with a queen bed provides a sixth sleeping space, and two rollaway beds and a crib are available as needed.

Guests enjoy the services of a private chef available from morning through the afternoon, daily housekeeping, a twenty-four-hour on-site concierge, and a Sonos sound system throughout the property.
