Extravagant extras found within the home include a fitness room with club-level exercise equipment in addition to various entertainment options for the entire family.

A visit to the theater room reveals a surround-sound system and a gaming table while 10 satellite televisions and a blu-ray/DVD player can be found throughout the home. Other amazing features include a full kitchen with professional appliances, dining space for 8-10, a wine fridge, a water purification system, wireless internet access and an elevator.
