The warm Baja breeze is effortlessly brought inside with exquisite pocket doors in the living room, dining room and kitchen that open onto the spacious deck area. Four bedrooms provide accommodations for up to 10 guests where the fourth bedroom offers additional privacy in a separate casita. Additional indoor features include satellite television (with CD,DVD and Blu-ray), wireless internet access, a Vonage telephone line and purified water.

The exterior offers the perfect space for both relaxing and entertaining. You’ll find a large pool complete with a Fastlane unit for fitness swimming, a jacuzzi and a spacious patio fully equipped with plenty of lounge chairs to laze the day away. A gas barbeque, shade structure and dining table with seating for 8 is available for an intimate al fresco meal with family and friends.

For weddings, parties and large events this venue can accommodate up to 16 guests sitting down or 35 guests standing. When you book your stay at Villa Phoenix, you’ll also receive full access to the pool and fitness center at the members-only Beach Club. Offering guests a gorgeous, oceanfront setting, you’ll find breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez from the pool alongside lounge chairs and a palapa that invite total relaxation.
