Here, you’ll also find a magnificent, tropical palapa shade structure complete with an elegant bar, refrigerator, 50” barbeque, icemaker and sink; creating the perfect environment to entertain all of your guests. For larger parties, weddings and special events, Villa Penasco can accommodate up to 50 guests sitting or standing.

The exterior flawlessly merges with the sophisticated interior as the scenic dining room as well as the living room fully open to the main terrace. Offering seating for 16 in the dining room, guests can indulge in culinary masterpieces created by villa staff in the gourmet kitchen that comes with a wine cooler, granite countertops and a coffee/espresso machine.

After dinner, guests can look forward to having a glass of wine around the large stone fireplace or watching the large-screen television in the living room. With 6 bedrooms, 6 full-bathrooms and 3 half-bathrooms, this villa can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests. Retiring at the end of the night is a blissful respite as all suites feature full marble baths, private terraces with breathtaking views, 400 thread count sheets, goose-down or fiberfill pillows and kimono-style spa robes.

To accommodate all your business needs while traveling, Villa Penasco showcases its very own boardroom with a large-screen, a surround-sound theater system, a computer, high-speed wireless internet, a 300 DVD movie collection, library and a fax machine.

Additional features in the home include security with a magnetic keycard system, a telescope in the living room, a fitness room, air-conditioning throughout and a selection of games for the entire family.
