Entertaining is made easy with a spectacular gourmet kitchen complete with a 6-burner Thermador oven/range and GE Monogram appliances.

Elegant meals are shared in the indoor dining room with seating for 10 in addition to 4 at the breakfast bar. Guests can relax and enjoy time spent with family and friends in the home theater room or the fabulous game room that features a billiard table. With 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, this villa can accommodate up to 7 couples (or 7 singles). The handsomely-appointed bedroom suites all feature private baths, king-sized beds, a hotel safe, satellite TVs and stereos, high-speed internet, a secondary outside entrance to the main deck and individual balconies/terraces that afford magnificent ocean vistas. The grand primary suite and the primary suite both showcase a relaxing steam shower.

The spacious main-level terrace is perfect for sunbathing as it gets brilliant Mexican sun from morning to dusk. For a little refreshment, take advantage of the large infinity pool with a swim-up bar, a state-of-the-art, non-chlorinated filtration system and comfortable lounge chairs. For added enjoyment well into the evening hours, guests can move to the oversized 12-jet jacuzzi and enjoy an intimate dinner using the gas barbeque and seating for 14. For weddings, parties and special events this venue can accommodate up to 70 guests sitting or standing.

What truly separates this villa from most others is the full-time, live-in house staff. Providing the ultimate in personal attention and service, they will handle all the indoor cleaning, outdoor cleaning and maintenance. For an additional fee, they are also available for meal preparation and cooking. Being fully-knowledgeable about the villa, they can assist with any questions or problems that may arise.
