For weddings and special events, Villa Clara Vista can accommodate up to 60 guests (sitting or standing). Spend your days admiring the gorgeous ocean views as you take a dip in the large, custom swimming pool or the private, outdoor whirlpool. Allow for some quality time spent with family and friends using the gas barbeque followed by an evening admiring the vibrant star-studded sky with cocktails around the fire pit.

As you make your way indoors, guests will find a host of attractive amenities such as marble flooring throughout and luxurious furnishings and decor. Villa Clara Vista offers 5 bedroom suites in addition to a children’s room, making this home suitable for 12 adults and 2 children or 8 singles. Four of the suites have a king-sized bed while the fifth suite includes 2 queen-sized beds.

A gourmet kitchen, dining area with seating for 12 and a home theater/media room add an extra touch of luxury. Other incredible indoor features include wireless internet access, Roku/Netflix/Sonos, UV/triple filtration water purification system and air-conditioning throughout.
