Composed of two private villas, Villa Langosta and Villa Marlin, Rancho de (Coast Ranch) boasts over 17,800 square feet of interior space and over 12,000 square feet of exterior space. As you step indoors, you’ll be awe-struck by the exquisite details that include beautiful travertine and marble floors as well as granite countertops. The estate includes multiple gourmet kitchens, indoor as well as outdoor dining for 18 guests and an extravagant, professional-level gym with surround sound, air-conditioning and complete exercise equipment.

With a combined total of 10 bedroom suites, Rancho de Costa can sleep up to 28 guests with the option to accommodate up to 35 guests with air mattresses. Each bedroom suite includes a luxuriously-appointed private bathroom as well as all the amenities you could ever imagine.

Rancho de Costa’s water pleasures include not only a spectacular beachfront but also a 50×30 swimming pool with a swim-up bar, two good-sized private jacuzzis with 10 comfortable lounge chairs and a large palapa shade structure. Additional outdoor features located on the property include a tennis court, 2 pickleball courts, a Viking gas barbeque and an outdoor stereo/television. Creating the perfect environment for a large party, celebration or wedding, Rancho de Costa can accommodate up to 40 guests sitting or standing.
