Check In Instructions

• A 12% service fee ( not included in the rate ) is requested.
• Rates do not include the 19% tax
• Down payment of 50% of the rental is required to block dates.
• The remaining balance will be collected 30 days prior to the check-in date. ( 60 days for Christmas and New Year´s rentals )
• From December 15th to January 07th, a 7 nights mínimum stay is requested.
• A reservation booked less than 30 days from the check-in date requires payment in full at the time the reservation is made.
• Reservations may be paid with major credit cards; American Express, Visa or Master Card, Paypal or Wire Transfer.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT MUST BE COVERED UPON CHECK IN WITH A CREDIT CARD VOUCHER (VISA OR MASTERCARD) A credit card with signature will be kept on file for any damages. You are required to leave the unit as you received it. If you do not have a Visa or Mastercard Credit Card, it will be requested in CASH upon Check-In. In this case, the security deposit will be returned via Electronic transfer within 5 business days after your check out.
