The hotel is really good with all the things we need inside, spacious, calm, near of one beautiful beach, in-car was near to the center... and all was clean, and the pool is so big, that you can feel it's only for you. Ambiance familiar ... excellent for relaxing, they have a little shop with snacks.

We had a fantastic time there. The apartment was super clean, and they came to clean it every single day. The pools are amazing, and we also loved the Snack Bar! Our Kids (3 and 6) loved it. To the big Shopping Mall, you can easily take a taxi (8 euros one way), but also the Little Grocery Store at the complex itself helped us out. The staff was amicable. We will be back once there will be less seaweed on Mexiko's beaches.

Although the property was a little further away from the center of Playa del Carmen, you will not regret it! Excellent apartment with an amazing view of the pool area. Also, great pools and the beach is close.

My husband and I and his sister stayed 4 days in a 2 bedroom/3 bathroom condo. Our condo was spacious, and the bedrooms were on opposite sides for total privacy. We had three sizes of pots and panned to cook with, service for eight in sm and LG plates, bowls, knives, forks, spoons. 6 wine glasses, coffee cups, water glasses. The kitchen appliances were all Bosch, and directions on the dishwasher were in Spanish. There was also a small washer/ dryer combo with very confusing instructions. I had never seen a washer/dryer that was the size of a dishwasher. We had 3 towels, 3 hand towels, 3 large beach towels but no wash rags, which was disappointing. We never communicated that we wanted to wash rags, so I don't know if they have them. I usually pack a couple when I go out of the country but forgot this time. We had Wi-Fi in our condo and on our deck. The rooms were no smoking, but my husband did smoke a cigar out by the pool, and nothing was said. There were 2 flat-screen TVs. We never did figure out how to use them and really didn't need them. We ate breakfast and a late lunch/early dinner at the Beach Club every day. The Beach Club closes at 6 pm, so you need to get there by 5 pm to place your order. The Bar closes as well, but the mini-mart attached to the condo check-in desk has some wine and beer. (We didn't want to leave the property and did bring some snacks, tuna packets, crackers, popcorn to microwave) At the Beach Club, the breakfast selections were great. Our hamburgers were horrible. The spaghetti and pizzas were great. I would say the food and the drinks were good! Ask for Luis; he is friendly, always seems happy, and communicates well. We spent our days in or by the pool. The pool is huge! It looks like the size of a football field! There are bridges to cross from side to side, shallow 2 inch deep areas everywhere to layout in the water, and only 4 1/2 feet deep. The hot tub isn't hot. Some cabanas are covered and uncovered, and plenty of lounge chairs, all free. There is a snack bar, but it's only open a couple of times a year. It wasn't open when we were there. There is a playground for children. There are security guys at the entrance to the beach. They are friendly and never asked us for ID. The lounges on the beach were plentiful. Unbelievable pool! At night we drank wine by the pool on lounges close to the beach. Nice breeze, ocean sounds, beautiful full moon, next to no one around, sipping wine. Doesn't get much better. All in all, it was a great experience! All three of us are in our early 60's and appreciate peace, quiet, and comfort. This fits the bill!

The place was all we expected and more: beautiful beach, huge pool, and gardens. The suites were spotless, pretty, and spacious. The staff at the reception was very polite and helpful. We look forward to going back.
