How to Plan a Private Villa Vacation with Friends!

How To Plan A Vacation Villa

One of the best travel experiences is definitely when you have the opportunity to have a trip with a group of friends. But the question is how to make the most of it? There are so many options out there that choosing the right deal can be tricky at times. However, one thing is for sure, if you want your vacations with friends to be legendary, renting a villa is a must.

But you may ask, Why? Well, the total control over the space, the ambiance, the schedule and even the menu, is something that no hotel will offer to you and your friends. Do you want to keep drinking by the pool up until midnight? No problem is your pool for the length of your stay. Do you want to wake up late and have breakfast at 1:00 pm? Just talk with your private chef and he or she will prepare your favorite meal at any time. Did you meet some new friends at the local nightclub and you want to continue the party? Bring them over, nobody will stop you at the lobby or charge you a day pass for that. Once we clarified that a villa is a right way to go for you and your friends, here you have some tips that will help you plan the perfect vacations and make the most of it:

Choose wisely
We can’t help you choose your friends, but we can help you choose your villa. Once you have your destination defined, you will find that there are lots of outstanding luxury private villas in the area. So, how to choose the right for you and your friends? First of all, make sure to choose a villa with as many rooms as friends traveling. Trust us, that’s important. Secondly, look for the amenities more popular among your peers. Example, if you are all workout warriors, make sure to choose a villa with a proper gym. And third, select a villa near to where the action is. If you guys want to party, don’t go to the outskirts of the town. A good location is always important.

Book in advance
Not only your flight and villa. Book everything you can book in advance. Really! If you don’t book in advance, you will find quite hard to decide what to do on any single day. Everybody will be in a different mood or will want to go to a different place. So, make sure to have these discussions BEFORE your vacations, and book tours, restaurants, activities, Spa treatments, and even nightclub tickets. That way you will have a well-defined schedule and there won’t be any unpleasant and endless argument to decide where to go and what to do.

Set rules
Of course, “boys will be boys” and “girls just want to have fun”, but a shared vacation is much more than just an endless party. It could be a “no drunks allowed” rule or a time limit for the music at night, but there must be some specified rules for the good of the whole group. Just make sure that you are all in the same frequency and that will avoid undesired surprises.
