The exterior of the home offers guests a front-row seat to paradise. With 10,000 square feet outdoors, there’s ample space to relax and entertain while enjoying the gorgeous natural landscapes. A 45’ infinity pool with a swim-up bar is the perfect location to admire the brilliant aquamarine hues of the sea while the 10 person jacuzzi and custom lounge chairs provide a communal space to unwind.

Just down a few steps directly in front of the villa are the warm ocean waters that are perfect for swimming and water sports (this villa provides complimentary kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and a surfboard). Guests can plan an intimate outdoor meal with family and friends using the Wolf gas barbeque (with rotisserie) or the wood-fired Santa Maria grill to prepare the catch of the day. The outdoor granite kitchen and sunken palapa-shaded bar (complete with a refrigerator, ice maker, mesquite bar stools and granite countertops) add a lively entertaining area. In the evening, the fire pit is a great spot to enjoy an after-dinner cocktail while admiring the bright-shining stars above.

The interior of the home is just as fabulous with travertine flooring throughout, carved onyx lighting (indoors and outdoors), and granite/travertine countertops. Featuring 6,000 square feet spread among 3 levels, this villa features 6 bedrooms/6.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 16 guests. Each of the spacious bedroom suites offer en-suite bathrooms and ocean views. The gourmet-quality kitchen boasts professional appliances, an island with seating for 6 and a large, hand-carved dining area that comfortably seats 10. With attentive on-site chef staff to prepare all meals throughout the day, guests can fully embrace everything the East Cape has to offer.
